We are proud to welcome Dr. Nishant “Shaun” Anand to the position of Assistant Program Director of the Maricopa Emergency Medicine Residency. Shaun completed medical school at Mayo, and did his residency at the Stanford-Kaiser program before returning home to Arizona. He currently works in the Banner Good Samaritan and Banner Estrella ED’s, where he has remained active on the sepsis and AMI committees, and has continued to be involved with research. Shaun will be responsible for coordinating rotations with our partners at the Banner Healthcare network and will function as a core faculty member of the Maricopa faculty at lectures, interviews and other residency activities!
