Dr. Teresa Wu

The Department of Emergency Medicine is excited to announce the hiring of a new Director of Emergency Ultrasound. Dr. Teresa Wu will be joining the group in January to begin transforming our training environment. Dr. Wu completed medical school at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine, and her residency in emergency medicine at Stanford University. After residency, she completed both an Administrative Fellowship and EM Ultrasound Fellowship at Stanford University, School of Medicine.

Dr. Wu is well known on the national scene having won both the national CPC competition and the ACEP Rising Star speaker award. She is recognized internationally for her work in education, ultrasound, and simulation based training, and has numerous publications in all three fields.
