Please join me in welcoming Heidi Crismon to the program. Heidi will be joining us as a PGY-2 resident on (hopefully) December first. She is currently a PGY-2 EM resident at Loma Linda.

For those who didn’t meet Heidi:
“I was born in Tucson, AZ, grew up mostly in Mesa, AZ, and went to high school in Tempe, AZ. I attended college at BYU and then went on a Latter-day Saint mission to Costa Rica. After finishing medical school as Georgetown, I spent almost a year and a half in the “Inland Empire” (east of LA) for the first part of my EM residency at Loma Linda. Then my lucky stars aligned and created the opportunity for me to return back home to Arizona and finish up at Maricopa! Some of my hobbies are swimming, water-skiing, hiking and traveling. I married my husband Chaz 5+ years ago. We love to travel overseas together. We have lived in Monterrey, Mexico and Rio de Janiero, Brazil. Chaz owns his own company, Zona Condo Real Estate. He is also a native of Arizona and in fact, the “Crismon” name goes back to the original Mormon pioneers of Mesa. We are happy to be back in the valley of the sun and near lots of family.”
